Windows NT will distribute threaded tasks across the second processor. This
load balancing is most noticeable when multiple tasks are being processed.
Thus, running one instance of modeler will not demonstrate a significant
speed improvement, but if you want to model while rendering, you will see a
noticeable performance gain over a single processor pentium.
BTW, watch out for what the ads in Computer Shopper are claiming. Many times
those systems and/or prices are not accurate, and you should call each
company for a "real" quote.
Also, many times those mail order houses do not test the components with
Windows NT.
